By creating or opening a Dearly gift, you agree to use the service thoughtfully and lawfully.

Your content

You keep ownership of the words and media you add. You give Dearly permission to store, process, and display them only as needed to create, deliver, protect, and operate the gift.

What is not allowed

Do not use Dearly for harassment, threats, stalking, impersonation, spam, fraud, sexual content involving minors, illegal material, malware, or content you do not have the right to share.

Consent and delivery

Only send a gift to someone you reasonably believe wants to hear from you. You are responsible for the recipient details you provide. Recipients may report unwanted gifts, and Dearly may restrict abusive senders or links.

Availability

We work to keep Dearly available, but cannot promise uninterrupted delivery or permanent storage. Gifts expire, providers may delay messages, and we may remove content or suspend features to protect people or the service.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age where you live, to use Dearly.
